Funding

We offer all the funding schemes,

You can check your eligibility  to each scheme through the link - https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk

9 - 23 month
2 year
3-4 year top up
3-4 Year Universal

9-23 month, 2 year funding and the top up 3-4 year- These are all eligibility-based funding, each are 30 hours from the local authority which will be deducted from your child's invoice. I get paid directly from the local authority and subtract either the hours or the monies off your bill at the end of the month, depending which scheme you are using. All additional hours/days will be charged according to my fee's structure.

The local authority pay different amounts for each scheme, some are below our normal rate, and some over, to provide additional support/resources  to younger children, so it may be the hours or a monetary amount deducted depending on scheme you are using.

All children are eligible to the 3-4 year old universal 15 hour funding starting from the term after their third birthday. This is a part of the government's early education funding scheme, also known as Early Education Entitlement, the extended 15 hours( top-up) is an eligibility based funding. The total of this funding is spread across the month and is deducted from your invoice at the end of the month leaving the rest for the parents to pay.

Funding is TERM TIME ONLY, which is why some months have different amounts deducted, to include half term & holidays,  but we always try to be sure that everyone uses all their entitlement.

As an Early Education Provider, we are required to follow the guidelines set out in the Provider Agreement procedures and the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (2017). We are required to ensure that children for whom we receive EEF attend regularly and have an obligation to inform the Early Years and Childcare Sufficiency Team if children do not attend.

To comply with these requirements:

- All parents are required to fill out an Early Education Funding Parental/Carer Declaration prior to your child starting an EEF funded place and each term thereafter.
- Their entitlement code
- The child's NHS number
- Both parents national insurance numbers
- Need to be made aware if your child is claiming Early Education Funding at another
 setting.

All information given to me will be kept confidential at all times.

Updating the code -  the parents must  update their funding code online termly, If they fail to update their funding code within the timescale required, they might not receive their full hours.

If I am on holiday or closed on your contracted day(s), then parents can make up those funded days throughout the month to use up their funding. The funding can not be carried over into the following month, the onus is on the parents to use their funding within the month, we will always do our upmost to fit them in
