My charges are as follows:

• NO CHARGES FOR HOLIDAYS - MINE. If the setting is closed you will not be charged. However, when you are on holiday you WILL be charged. 

• NO DEPOSITS / RETAINERS
• £6.50 per child per hour for all children. Plus £2.40 per child, per meal
• Late Payment charges: the invoice is due within a week of issue, if not paid within 2 weeks then 10% of the total bill will be added to the invoice. If it is not paid by the next invoice date you will lose your place. You cannot be more than one month in arrears.
• After school children will be charged from 3pm, for a minimum of 2 hours. If the place is booked you pay even if they don’t attend or if they go to after school clubs, rehearsals, parties, doc appts, grandparents etc. We have a waiting list for after school slots and if you book a place with us, on a weekly basis, you WILL be charged. 
• Before school slots are booked and charged for a minimum of 1 hour.
• Places are charged to the nearest half hour. For example if you collect your child at 5.15pm you will be charged to 5.30pm. 
• Children that have term-time contracts will be charged for the terms at the school they attend.
• If your child is sick you will be charged for their booked hours. 
• Holidays - if you take your child out fromn the setting on holiday you will be charged for their booked days.
• We accept childcare vouchers, 9 month,2,3 and 4 year old funding. 15/30 hours.
